Low and Slow Bristol is a pop up smokehouse serving slow smoked meats and gourmet barbecue treats with a fantastic range of homemade sauces, salads and sides. Low and Slow Bristol came about when owner Jack was asked by local butcher MJ Daltons to do a barbecue pop up to showcase the produce at his Gloucester Road shop. Proving very popular, this quickly turned a hobby and passion for barbecuing into a business.

We began trading at markets and food festivals in and around Bristol and are now a firm favourite at many of the City's events.

We offer a selection of slow smoked barbecue meats which smoke slowly for up to 16 hours over charcoal and specially selected woods. The meat is always smoked overnight before every event so that it is as fresh as possible. We make all of our own sauces, pickles and spice rubs as well as offering a range of salads, side dishes and specials to accompany the delicious meats.

All of our fresh food suppliers are local independent businesses based on just one road in Bristol; Gloucester Road!
